Returns

• The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order

• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with packaging intact

Non-Returnable Items

• Products returned without original packaging

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

• Refunds may be processed through bank transfer, wallet transfer, or another suitable payment method

• Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

In cases where the error is from our side (wrong or damaged item), Diamond Elite Jewels may cover return shipping costs.

For other return reasons, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
